Sheikh Saleh Bin Issa Al Harithi Fort

Sheikh Saleh Bin Issa Al Harithi Fort lies in the village of Al Qabil in the Ash Sharqiyah North Governorate in Oman.

Beside its name, I was not able to find any information about this fort. All I know is that Sheikh Saleh Bin Issa Al Harithi was an important figure in the 1950s. So this probably was his family home. I think it may date back to the 19th century. It looks well-kept. If you have any historical information about it, please mail me.

The fort has a rectangular ground plan.

Sheikh Saleh Bin Issa Al Harithi Fort can not be visited as it is still a private residence. It must be nice to live here.
