Les Huches Tower

Les Huches Tower, locally known as Tour de Les Huches, lies north of the village of Baives in the Nord department in France.

To be honest, I do not even know if this tower has a name. I gave it this name as it is situated in an area called Les Huches. It is a Neo-Gothic tower which belonged to the farm next to it, called 'La Tourette' after the tower. Apart from that it was built in the 19th century, I don't know anything about it. It looks like a folly. If you know more, please mail me.

Both the tower and the farm are boarded up and are probably not used for anything anymore.

The tower can not be visited as it is situated on private land. It can be seen from the dead-end road leading up to it. A curious tower of which I would like to know more.
