Ballymacphilip Castle lies in the townland of Ballymacphilip Lower, in County Cork, in Ireland.

Ballymacphilip Castle is said to date back to the 12th century and to have been inhabited until the 16th century. Although it was granted to Arthur Hyde in 1588, it remained in the hands of the Roches until 1611.

Ballymacphilip Castle is private property and situated directly next to the grounds of a working farm. It can not be visited. A small ruin.
